I like that if you don't finish your work during class then you can go home and finish it and still get full credit.

I like pretty much everything.

I find the blog easy to use because I am pretty good with computers.

It has been easy for me throughout the whole thing.

I do think that other classes should use blogs for their classes because I think that it would be easier for the teachers and the students.

I do have internet access at home which is why it is easier for me.

• Do you enjoy using blogs in your class? Yes, I enjoy using blogs in my class. It gives us a way to express our views to more than just our teacher.

• What do you like most about Mr. Hughes' blog? What do you like the least? I like the most that it is an easy access site that is available at home. I like the least the fact that we don’t blog that much.
• Is the blog easy to use? Was it easy to use from the beginning or did you have problems? Yes, the blog is easy to use, and it was since the beginning. The design is very simplistic and there’s not a lot of things that can go wrong.
• Do you wish other classes would use blogs for their assignments? Yes, I wish other classes would use blogs for their assignments because I type faster and better than I write so I can get my assignments done faster and more efficiently.
• Do you have internet access at home in order to participate in the blog? Yes, I do have internet access at home to participate in the blog.
• Do you usually write on the blog at home or at school? I usually write on the blog at school when the assignment is provided.
• Do you feel you learn better by using the blog or by doing handwritten assignments? Yes, I feel I learn better because the blog interests me and seems to make me want to pay attention more that a regular “boring” day.

Yes because you can see what the teacher wrote and what the students are writing too. You can see all kinds of points of view. I also use bloging for my computer class as well. Yes there set up the same way as Mr.Hughes. Shows what were suppose to do so that way you can check it at home and do it at home if you need too just in case you couldn't finish it. The blog is very easy to use. It's just a jounral but online instead of paper. It was real easy to use from the beginning once you set up your blogger account. Yes I do it would make things easier. It would save them from having them to check papers because then all they would have to do is to go on the computer at home if they have one, and check them. I think it depends on what assignmet were are given to do.

Are they set up the same as Mr. Hughes' blog? Yes they are the same server is used and the only thing is we had to have one for only that class.
What do you like most about Mr. Hughes' blog? What do you like the least? I like the fact that I have a lot of time to respond to a blog and I can do it at any time I want. I don't like getting work over the weekend when I can't find out about the blog unless I check my e-mail which I think is uneccesary.

I use Myspace only to keep in touch with friends, I never talk to anyone I don't know or if I don't like them. There is no logic in talking to someone who you don't know over the interent. Go to a club or something instead of sitting on your computer not getting exercise.

I do enjoy using these blogs in AP English because it's a far easier way of articulating my opinions and thoughts than an on-the-spot questionnaire. Because I'm on the computer so often anyway, it's more convenient for me as well, and I like when things are more techonological in school, even if it's something as simple as this.

I do not use blogs for any other class, but if I could, it would be cool to have them for Business Law instead of the Blackboard program we use.

The thing I like most about these blogs is that it allows me to process my thoughts, I'm never rushed, and it doesn't involve any handwriting, which is far slower for me and is so last century.

The blog is about as easy to use as toilet paper, and far more comfortable. I never had any problems with it, and I caught on instantly, not to brag.

Like I said before, if Business Law were to have it, that would be right proper because I could easily post my answers to all her assignments on their without a hitch. Plus, the class is already fully online.

I write my blog from the comfort of my own home, usually when my parents are asleep at around 9 or 10 o'clock. It's very peaceful and my thinking cap is firmly on at that time of night. Except tonight, when I'm writing at nearly one in the morning.

I feel that with handwritten assignments, you get more of the "gut reaction" writings, which can be either very good or very bad. Blogs allow for retrospection, which I personally prefer because I can look over what I have written and rethink my own initial reactions and compare them to how I feel now.

I have both a Facebook and MySpace, both of which I use daily. I use my non-school blog to post my short stories and various writings so my readers can easily access them. This can be found at http://www.fulltimederek.blogspot.com. Personally, this has been the best thing to come from learning of Blogger.com from this AP English class. A simple creative writing medium.

Mr. Hughes' class is the only one of my classes that uses a blog.
I like that we do not have as many papers to ruin or lose because it is all online and we can access it from anywhere that there is an internet connection. The only problem I have is that I forget about it because I am so used to having all those papers to lose and ruin.
It was easy to use. I use computers a lot and the internet so it was not hard for me to figure out.
I do wish more classes would use blogs, things are so much simpler. Blackboard is good too, I use it in Business Law with Mrs. Ferris.
